Utah County Fair

We were bored today, and was trying to kill some time before Tyler's football game, so we decided to go to the Utah County Fair in Spanish Fork. The kids have never been there before, and I haven't been in years.
Other than it being about 100 degrees outside, it was really fun walking around and seeing all the animals and all of the 4H entries. The kids had a lot of fun and want to come again next year!
These pictures were taken on my phone,
so some of them are a little blurry!
Avery loved this prize winning rooster.

They loved seeing all of the animals:
cows, sheep, pigs, hens, rabbits, etc.

They learned how to "spin" wool,
and made bracelets out of some sheep wool!

We spent some time learning about bees. Here is Dylan by a huge beehive...trying to "charm" them!

Taking a break in the shade out at the carnival.

Jaret and Avery getting ready to ride this really fast, spinny ride!

After the fast, spinny ride....they want to puke!

Then, Avery found her favorite ride ever...the giant slide! The guy was so nice that he let the kids go on this slide as much as they wanted to, so they rode it about 50 times while I baked in the sun!

Jaret, Dylan, and Avery getting ready to race!

"Can we go again?"

Posing by the John Deer tractors....had to take this picture to show Grandpa Boyer....he loves John Deer!
